Margaux Wisniewski

Born into a family with a deep-rooted connection to real estate across the globe, I’ve always understood the value of a home—not just as a property, but as a place where life unfolds. Originally from South Africa, I’ve had the opportunity to manage family-owned properties worldwide, gaining firsthand experience in what makes a space not only beautiful but also a sound investment.

I attended College of the Holy Cross, earning a BA in Psychology and a minor in Art History—two disciplines that sharpened my ability to understand people and appreciate design. I later achieved  my Master’s in Corporate Communications from NYU, leading me to work with some of the biggest names in business at top global PR agencies. Navigating high-stakes campaigns in a fast-paced, competitive industry honed my ability to stay composed, solution-oriented, and relentlessly professional—skills that now serve my clients in real estate.

Real estate, for me, is more than transactions—it’s about connection. It’s about understanding what truly matters to my clients and guiding them toward spaces that inspire, comfort, and elevate their lives. Whether buying, selling, or investing, I bring a strategic mindset, a keen eye for design, and a commitment to making every step seamless and rewarding.
