Margie Humbert knows how to rock a real estate transaction. With over 12 years as an executive in the music industry with Warner Bros. Records, she understands the art, cadence, and economics behind a high-profile business deal.
As a team agent with the Marc Hernandez Group at Compass, Beverly Hills, Margie brings style, experience, and professionalism to the team. Margie has covered a wide array of cities and neighborhoods including Altadena, Burbank, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Mount Washington, Pasadena, Sherman Oaks, Silver Lake, South Pasadena, Studio City, and West Hollywood, to name a few.
Born and raised in Burbank, California, Margie is well versed in the history, culture, and geography of the Greater Los Angeles area. After graduating from Burbank High School and attending Glendale Community College, she worked at Warner Bros. Records where she had the opportunity to work with globally-recognized artists such as Madonna, Neil Young, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Prince.
A resident of Altadena, Margie is a mother of two adult children. She has two dogs, a Corgi and a German Shepherd that she rescued from Westside German Shepherd Rescue where she currently volunteers. When she’s not working with her real estate clients, Margie enjoys art shows, live music, entertaining and hosting dinner parties, gardening, meditation, travel (Italy, Germany, and Switzerland are her favorites), family and laughter.
