"Margy not only knows her job,she is ALWAYS there for you! She took me through and taught me the process as we went along. She is fun and friendly and made looking for my new home enjoyable. She never pushed me,or tried to talk me into a property. It was all about me and getting me what I wanted. She always made it easy for my schedule to get together and I know ,bent over backwords on several occasions to re-arrange her own schedule to meet mine. She is a wonderful person and not once did I ever even come close to thinking I would not find the right home for me. She was always encouraging and reassuring me that my home was out there." - Anne

About Margy
The inner joy Margy Regan effortlessly radiates is both balanced and considerate. As such, she stands fully present to anticipate all of the important moments in your life.

Emotional connection is Margy's gift.

She’s wholly attuned to the stories of those around her, and perpetually committed to her clients. Your goals. Your dreams. Your hopes and wishes.

Past clients have observed that Margy is as grounded when she guides a seller through the sentimental journey to transition a cherished property to its next owner, as she is resolute about honestly navigating the full spectrum of emotions buyers face when they situate into a new house.

By her own admission, Margy is Kansas City's secret agent: She deliberately allows for generous space and time with each client. And she’s not prone to self-promote. Her business is 100% referral-based or a repeat connection with a past client. Margy finds joy in offering her uncommon boutique approach.

Then she remains balanced in her personal life through friendship, self-care, and family. As the youngest of eight brothers and sisters, all within a compact age-span of only 12 years, Margy is grateful to have grown up in a big, loving family. In fact, it was her firsthand experience with the blending of ten lives in one house that offered her insight into how people use space.

Sense of place resonates with Margy.

Her own home, a 1920’s architectural gem she fondly refers to as “The Pink House,” was designed by architect Mary Rockwell Hook. Margy sensed an instant connection to the house, making an offer within hours of knowing it was for sale. She knows the feeling of falling in love with a space. Margy honors the embedded adoration from a prior owner and equally recognizes the potential that lies ahead.

When it comes to sharing her emotional connection with the community around her, Margy deposits her energy among organizations that serve others, including her past work with The Children’s Place and her church, and future plans to engage through hospice outreach.

For Margy, it’s always been evident that the journey matters every bit as much as the destination. Whether it be appreciating the morning latte she artfully and expertly concocted, snapping and clapping to the music, jumping from an airplane 12,000 feet above earth (which she’s done twice!), or helping a repeat client settle into their 4th house, Margy is present through it all.

Her motto: Just do the right thing. Keep your eyes open to see the beauty around you (and to ensure that beauty is honestly present). Treat everyone as a friend. And extend yourself permission to feel all the emotions a story has to offer.

Whether you’re planning to buy or sell, Margy would be honored to open her door and welcome you into the next chapter of that story you’re creating.
