Maria Allen

Maria started her career as a full-time Realtor® in 2020 after 5 years of teaching intensive special needs children. She is a Delaware native and attended the University of Delaware where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood and Special Education. She became very interested in real estate after going through the new construction building process with her home in 2018. After becoming a mother, she decided to invest her skills in a new career to allow her to have a more flexible schedule, which led her to begin the journey as a full-time Realtor®.

Maria’s previous career allowed her to gain an abundance of skills that she can now apply to real estate. She is patient, personable, and detail-oriented which builds on her organizational skills to create a personal experience for each client, no matter what kind of home her clients looking for, to live, or invest in. Her goal is to help her clients find a house that they can make a home.
