Maria Saha

Maria Saha grew up in the Upper West Side of Manhattan and has lived in Brooklyn for the last thirty years. With a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from Yale University, a Masters in Social Work from NYU and work experience in tech as a backend developer and product manager, Maria brings her unique blend of creativity, empathy, detail-oriented analytics, and strategic thinking to every client relationship and interaction.

As a lifelong New Yorker, Maria has a deep appreciation for the city’s architecture, and neighborhoods. As a high school student, she interned with the New York City Landmarks Preservation Department and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, experiences that sparked a lifelong fascination with historic homes and the stories behind them. This passion continues today as she helps clients discover neighborhoods and homes that truly fit their lifestyle.

In 2020, Maria purchased an 1850s home in the Hudson Valley, where she enjoys spending time walking and finding inspiration in nature, growing lavender, and honing her woodworking skills — a balance to city life that keeps her grounded and inspired.
