Maria Seymour is a Licensed Realtor® in the State of Florida with over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and real estate. Maria received her Bachelor’s degree from Calvin College and M.B.A. from University of Florida. She has worked both in public and private sectors with companies such as Verizon (Sr Audit Manager), Special Olympics of Florida (VP of Finance), National Retail Properties, and as a consultant with several companies including real estate, law, and retail. Maria has overseen several multi-million dollar operating budgets and real estate projects with forecasting over $300 million in real estate assets. Maria has a passion for working with and educating home owners and investors in residential and commercial real estate projects, as well as real estate financial analysis. Maria lives in Montverde, FL with her husband Chris and their three children. When she is not analyzing numbers, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running, and traveling.
