"Maria is THE BEST! We were put into contact with her when we decided to move home to NJ. We had to find a home quickly as our house was sold and ready for settlement. Maria wasted no time getting our list of must-haves and showing us homes. Pretty quickly we found the one and Maria got to work negotiating a great deal for us in a multiple offer situation. She knew exactly how to handle that type of situation to ensure we got the house without overpaying. Once our offer was accepted Maria stayed with us every step of the way-attending every inspection and walkthrough. Once we settled and moved in we, unfortunately, had to make a call to our warranty company for a house-related issue.
