Vivian Kamphaus

Vivian Kamphaus brings to The Powissett Group a fresh perspective and a deep connection to the local community. As a 2026 graduate of Dover Sherborn High School, Vivian has spent the last two years learning the ins and outs of the industry as an intern with The Powissett Group. This experience enabled Vivian to fulfill her dream of becoming a licensed real estate agent before graduating from high school. Having lived in Sherborn, Holliston, and Natick, Vivian has a wealth of knowledge about Metrowest Boston. She will be attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, studying Finance in the Leeds Business School, and plans to earn her Colorado Real Estate License as well.

Vivian’s passion for becoming a real estate agent at such a young age was fueled by the stresses and challenges she felt from moving. Those early hurdles sparked a genuine passion for the industry, and through her academic and professional journey, she has fallen in love with every detail of the real estate process. Vivian is committed to creating a supportive, personalized experience that helps her clients feel confident, comfortable, and at ease as they navigate to their next chapter.
