This seasoned pro has also done remodeling and renovation of several high-rises, and has an extensive background in design and development of new construction for residential, student housing and rental properties. She has been managing and marketing real estate rental investments for over 25 years, and has a flair for staging that showcases homes in their best possible light.

From Iran, Mariam attended The Ohio State University and received a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She’s worked on projects for systems optimization and analytical analysis, with the aim of maximizing outcomes which has been of tremendous advantage in her real estate practice.

Residing in South Loop Chicago, Mariam and her husband have called Illinois home for over 30 years. They have three grown sons, two grandchildren, and a grand puppy! She speaks Farsi, does Tai Chi and Yoga, and loves contemporary art, interior and floorplan design.
