About Marian

For All Your Real Estate Needs, Your Ninja Realtor Helping You Find Your Space in the World,

Marian Arnoult-Jackson began her real estate career in 1985 and has remained with the same company through several mergers. Originally with Merrill Lynch and now with Latter & Blum, she has stayed affiliated with the same regional, iconic brokerages of Louisiana, which are locally owned and nationally/internationally connected. Marian is licensed to sell real estate in the state of Louisiana and can help you relocate anywhere in the world. She understands the importance of aligning herself with the very best to ensure her clients receive both maximum exposure and service excellence. A top-level producer and recipient of Platinum Status awards, she ranks as a Metro Market top producer and wants you to know she is listening, hears you, and cares.

As a lifelong learner and avid reader, Marian constantly invests in education and certifications to provide you with the latest technology, market strategy, and service. She is an alumna of St. Cecilia, Academy of Holy Angels, Loyola University, Hopkins University, Sweathogs, and Ninja Selling. Before her real estate career, Marian worked in fields such as computer technology, international shipping, psychology, and counseling. This background sharpened her ability to listen, care, and act with compassion, manage her time, and solve problems, facilitating an easy transition into her long-term real estate career.

Being a successful Realtor® often means being active in the community, and Marian is just that. She is an active member of numerous associations, including her neighborhood, the arts, historic, sports, USTA, her church and faith, New Orleans Ambassador for the Red Hat Society, and a lifetime member of the Watercolor Society. She is a long-term member of the New Orleans Metropolitan and National Associations of Realtors®. Marian organized the Sisterhood of the Traveling Teapot to bring love to the elderly in nursing homes, who might otherwise have been forgotten. She also devotes time and resources to helping the hurting and homeless in communities through the New Orleans Mission. Marian is a certified Master Gardener since 2010, acting as a liaison between the public and LSU Ag Center to lighten the workload of the Parish agents. The LSU Ag Center receives partial funding through the reported hours of Louisiana's Master Gardeners. Marian holds the following industry designations: GRI, CID, SRS, GREEN, E Certified, Relocation Certified, Ninja Certified, and is a Historic Properties Specialist. Her last commercial listing, a building that had been vacant for six years, sold in market-breaking time for $800,000.00. It now operates as an Arby's and has revitalized a partially deserted section of Kenner.

Outside of real estate, Marian's world revolves around her family, her faith, and enjoying her neighborhood. She is married to her love of twenty-eight years, Louis Jackson, a proud Marine Veteran. The couple has four daughters, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, four granddogs, and two rescue lab mixes, Kala and Molly. Marian has two siblings and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is a foodie who enjoys family time, entertainment in her neighborhood and city, and Red Hat Society events. Marian relaxes by traveling, playing tennis, dancing, fishing, gardening, and cooking. She is excited to meet with you.
