About Marian
As a third-generation Washingtonian who has lived and worked in DC her entire life, Marian offers a comprehensive knowledge of the city and a network of contacts that is second to none.

She is a skilled problem solver, contract negotiator and client advocate who considers herself an advisor to her clients and a facilitator of their success and happiness. Marian's approach is hands-on and responsive with a high level of honesty, integrity and authenticity. She is very active in multi-cultural communities and enjoys working with clients of all ages, interests and experience.

After earning her law degree from Georgetown, she worked for the Office of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, handling labor law and personnel issues. From there, she tapped into her creative side and spearheaded a major exhibit renovation project for the Smithsonian at the Museum of Natural History. Later, she became the Director of Project Excellence, a college scholarship program for African American high school students. She made the move to real estate nearly 20 years ago and has been a top producer ever since.

A student of yoga for over two decades, Marian believes that maintaining an active, healthy and spiritual lifestyle helps her live peacefully and be the best she can be. She has three grown children who were all born and raised in DC. She and her husband, Paul, live in 16th Street Heights.
