Born and raised in Argyle, TX, Mariana Pearson knows this community like the back of her hand— attending Argyle ISD from kindergarten through high school. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University–Commerce, she jumped into real estate in 2013 and never looked back. Now, after moving back “home” with her husband, Brian, their daughter Chandler, and son Brooks, Mariana is proud to help others plant roots in the same place that means so much to her.

Mariana holds her GRI designation—a greater education in real estate—and is a Certified New Home Builder Specialist, giving her clients a major advantage whether they’re buying, selling, or building from the ground up.
