Mariana Pearson is the owner and founder of Modern Nest Real Estate Group at Compass, a real estate brand built on modern marketing, strong relationships, and a higher purpose. A longtime Argyle resident, Mariana has deep roots in the community she proudly serves. After earning her degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University–Commerce, she launched her real estate career in 2013 and has since built a top-producing business known for its innovative approach and client-first experience.

Mariana holds her GRI designation and is a Certified New Home Builder Specialist, giving her clients a strategic advantage whether they’re buying, selling, or building.
