Marianna Karoutsos

Backed by her deep Bergen County roots and a passion for interior design, Marianna Karoutsos is an ideal ally and confident advisor for buyers and sellers. A devoted advocate and great listener with excellent attention to detail, she has an innate ability to understand what people want and deliver on those objectives.

Marianna honed her impressive multitasking and customer service skills as the longtime operations manager at Ridgewood's popular La Lanterna restaurant. In that demanding role, she learned to serve an elite clientele by avoiding challenges before they arose and demonstrating complete grace under pressure. Marianna's top priority was to make sure every patron left not just satisfied but thrilled with their experience.

Born and raised in Ridgewood, she's an invaluable guide to the area, including the nearby towns of Hohokus, Waldwick, Paramus, Wyckoff and more. Marianna studied restaurant hospitality management at Bergen Community College, attended the New School in New York City, and earned several culinary arts certificates. Her love of interior design motivated her to study the field at Berkeley College, and clients benefit from her keen ability to visualize spaces and maximize their appeal. Marianna resides in Bergen County with her husband and two young daughters. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with family outside in the garden or at their summer home in Greece. The retreat is situated on the small island of Ikaria, renowned as of the world's seven Blue Zones, where people are the healthiest and live the longest.
