She has a vast network of lenders, inspectors, brokers, insurance agents, contractors, attorneys, escrow companies, and so forth - all of whom are important players in the process. It is quite the time saver to do business with her connections when you're trying to get through the offer and escrow process!

She's so kind and generous. There were many times during escrow that we asked to see the property, whether to have contractors come through, or to just take measurements, and she would play with our young daughter while we did so. There were also times when we had a million questions and needed significant handholding - and I was never once made to feel like I was imposing on her time, nor did I ever feel like my questions went unanswered.
