Marianne has been dedicated to excellent customer service for her entire professional life. For years her focus was fine dining and hospitality – selecting, preparing and serving exceptional food and wine in corporate settings and to her private clients. As a small business owner her transition to the real estate profession was seamless because her priority has always been to listen to her clients and give them not only what they want - but what they need.

Successfully managing the multiple tasks required to ensure a smooth process from start to finish is one of Marianne’s strongest assets. Her attention to detail is reflected in her passion for finding just the right neighborhood and home for her buyers or staging her sellers home so they look beautiful, photo ready and will sell quickly and for the highest price.

She finds joy in how happy her clients are once they have moved into their new homes or sold their existing homes. Marianne loves being part counselor, negotiator and project manager as she matches her track record of success to her client’s particular needs. Her commitment and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction at the beginning, during and at the end of each purchase or sale is what has made Marianne outstanding in the fast-paced and ever-changing real estate market.

Marianne’s morning starts with a strong cup of coffee, pen in hand, working on the Sudoku puzzle of the day. In her spare time she can be found perusing one of her 150+ cookbooks, searching for flavors for her next dinner party.
