Maribel Velazco

Originally from South Florida, Maribel comes from a family of real estate agents and investors. She began her career in real estate in 2003 working in the Mortgage Lending industry. As part of Bank of America Mortgage and then a private mortgage broker, she acquired great interest in the real estate industry. Helping realize others dreams of purchasing and investing in their future allowed her interest to further develop, purchasing investment properties of her own. 

Maribel not only established her real estate career but has dabbled in various endeavors. Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and International Business, she executed various marketing opportunities for clients. Her passion for helping others allowed her to obtain a teaching certification and master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Expanding from the classroom to leadership roles that allowed for over a decade of optimal growth.  

For Maribel, leadership entails taking action and that is exactly what her clients get. Excellent customer service is essential and a priority. Her commitment to serving others includes listening to their wants and needs and making sure they are comfortable and informed throughout the entire real estate process. She has a true passion for matching buyers with their ideal opportunity. Sellers appreciate her ability to showcase properties to their best advantage thanks to her acute attention to detail.

When she’s not helping her clients turn their dreams into reality, Maribel spends her free time with her husband exploring new venues, remodeling their home, crafting and creating, playing tennis, working out and traveling.
