Marie Settles is a member of NAMAR- Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS & is proud member of The Closed with Love Team. Her mission as a Real Estate professional is to create an experience that exceeds expectations & to be present & engaged from the first conversation to the closing table. Whether it be helping to to sell your home or purchasing a new home, Marie's number one priority is to to help navigate her clients smoothly through the process. Her passion is to serve others and help people achieve their dreams of attaining generational wealth through real estate. She takes every opportunity to always love what she does by staying educated & continuously gaining knowledge in her field because her clients & customers deserve the best!
Marie has been a world traveler & loves working with people from different cultures, countries & all walks of life which she has done for many years. She also owns a successful event planning & decor agency that has put on over 12,000 events in the Metro Atlanta since 2007. Her networking, negotiation skills & experience building long lasting relationships with clients made her transition into real estate a natural fit. She also has a strong knowledge of the qualities of many Atlanta neighborhoods from navigating them for many years.
She has resided in the Gwinnett County area since 2001 where she has raised her 3 kids and loves being a part of the growth and what the community has to offer. When she’s not working with her clients, you’ll find her hiking the GA Trails, Spending time with family & friends or throwing a party!
