About Marietta
Pronounced ZIG-EYE—and yes, I have my eye on everything real estate.

Real estate has always been in my DNA. Growing up, my father was a developer, and I found myself immersed in the industry from a young age. I began my career in 2000 working with a custom home builder, helping clients design and build their dream homes. That experience—paired with my own passion for helping people transition to the next chapter of their lives—became the foundation for a real estate career that’s now spanned over two decades.

Since moving to Colorado from Buffalo, NY in 2014, my husband and I have made Erie our home. Whether I’m playing pickleball, biking for coffee with friends, hosting community events, or watching hot air balloons rise over the neighborhood, I love being part of this vibrant, growing community.

What sets me apart as an agent is experience and process. Over the years, I’ve helped clients with everything from selling their longtime family homes, to building brand new ones, to investing in multi-family properties and vacation rentals.
