A Lake Forest native, Marina is helping the next generation of homeowners as the newest addition to the Marina & Andy team at Compass, joining her mother, Marina Carney and Andy Mrowiec.
When she isn’t selling real estate, you’ll find Marina on the field, working out, and going by her nickname “Boo”. While it may not work so well when answering a work phone, ‘Boo!’ rolled off the tongues of teammates and fans at Wittenberg University, where she was a four-year Varsity Field Hockey letter winner, three- year NCAA Division Three All-American, and two-year captain.
Prior to joining Marina & Andy, Marina held various positions in marketing and operations with Terlato Wines and most recently, Sazerac. Before finding her path at Terlato Wines and Sazerac, she coached Field Hockey at Woodlands Academy.
Never far from home, she watched her mother and Andy build their thriving business. She is excited about joining the family business and using her proven skills of client relationship development, marketing, negotiating, and sales to help her clients achieve their real estate dreams.
