Since purchasing his first investment property in Stamford in 2009, Mario has built a strong foundation in both residential sales and property management. In 2019, he and his wife became homeowners in North Stamford, and in 2025 he acquired his second investment property in the area. His professional background includes work with notable organizations such as Building and Land Technology on the Harbor Point development, as well as roles with leading property management firms including Greystar, South Oxford, Cushman & Wakefield, and BH Management. His experience spans Class A, B, and C properties, giving him a broad and practical understanding of all segments of the market.
