Mid-Century Modern and Design-Led Home Specialist

I’ve spent the last decade building expertise in marketing and selling unique and special homes.  I’ve built a large network of architects, designers, builders, buyers, sellers, and modern home enthusiasts who rely on me for information in my real estate niche.

In addition to helping clients buy and sell real estate, my mission is to share knowledge and build enthusiasm for modern architecture and design.  As a board member of the Greater Philadelphia chapter of do.co,mo.mo, I work with an amazing team to preserve modern architecture, landscape, and design in the Philadelphia area.  Our work enables the organization’s vision of “enriching our communities and our culture through the understanding, appreciation and preservation of modern architecture and design.”

As the creator of Philadwellphia.com and founder of the Philadelphia Modern Homes Facebook group, I provide information and organize events to celebrate modern and unique design specific to the Philadelphia area.  These platforms have enabled me to build a community around the shared appreciation of modern design.
