Marisa Tshaka, Realtor with Compass Real Estate, Tshaka Properties Group: has been involved in real estate developments in Arizona for many years. As a native of Phoenix, Marisa graduated from Xavier College Prep. in 1997, and ASU in 2001. Her family's residential/commercial construction business, which is over 40 years in business, has provided a lot of experience not only in the buying and purchasing of properties, but also in the development.
