Marissa is an amazing realtor!
When my Aunt passed away, I was responsible for selling her home in Pacifica. I have never even owned a house, so needless to say, I had no experience selling a house. I interviewed several agents and knew immediately that Marissa was the one! She was extremely organized, knowledgeable, and patient with me. She never pressured me, and was helpful every step of the way.
Because of the timing of my Aunt’s passing, we were faced with the decision of whether or not to put the house on the market during the holidays.
