About Marissa

Marissa started her real estate career 1983 as a broker the Philippines, with her mother serving as her mentor. After immigrating to the United States in 1996, she continued to pursue her career, becoming an agent with a major real estate firm the following . By 2005, Marissa and two partners established their own company, and as the main broker, Marissa supervised all transactions made by her agents. Since 2009, Marissa has operated her own company.

With 32 years of real estate experience, both within the United States and internationally, Marissa is highly efficient in finding the perfect home for first-time home buyers, selling homes at the best price, and handling commercial real estate. The geographic scope of homes and commercial properties - which she has either sold or assisted in purchasing for clients within California - spans from the Sacramento area to the South Bay.

On her downtime, Marissa loves to spend time with her family, watch movies, and go to the beach with her three dogs. Her demeanor is professional and fun!
