Marissa Tai

Born and raised on Manhattan's Lower East Side, Marissa has called New York City home for over 20 years. She bought her first apartment in her early twenties, and by timing the market right, has since been able to invest in other properties across Brooklyn over the years, focussing in Carroll Gardens and Park Slope.

Intelligent, data-driven real estate moves and a passion for the process fueled Marissa's desire to become a real estate agent. She serves clients in all areas of Brooklyn - many of which she has lived in herself - including Sheepshead Bay, Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights, Carroll Gardens, and Downtown Brooklyn. By focusing on each individual’s unique needs and keeping a close eye on the market, Marissa navigates the purchase or sale process seamlessly so there are no surprises, only positive outcomes.

Marissa's personal experience is complemented by her professional expertise gained working in finance for twenty years at major banks and investment banking firms where she interacted with clientele from across the globe, helping them manage their money and secure the best investment deals.

Marissa holds a degree in Finance from Baruch College. While currently residing in Long Island with her husband and five dogs, she remains a devout Brooklynite who takes full advantage of all the things only New York City can offer. Marissa enjoys running, walking her dogs around town, and grooming many of her canine neighbors in her spare time.
