Maritza is a real estate agent, team leader and founder of The Saint-Hilaire Group brokered by Compass Realty in Orlando, Florida. She started in real estate in 2004 and then returned to college to obtain a B.S. in Education and a M.S. in Psychology. She was in the education field for several years and then made the decision to return to the real estate profession to pursue her passion of helping others achieve homeownership.
