With this attitude and mind set, I made every effort to raise objections and end the call, but Mark was very well informed, calm and persuasive. I realized about a minute into the call that he was not just another annoying Realtor. He arranged a screen sharing conference call and make a huge impression on me and my girlfriend, Brenda. He was knowledgeable, concise, patient, helpful and made us feel that we would be able to find the ideal home with his assistance. We ended the 45-minute phone meeting with a very clear understanding of what neighborhoods we should target, based on commute times, schools and conveniences. We agreed to review the daily listings and meet a week later in Austin. By the time we flew into town we had already decided that Mark was the right choice for us based on his clearly superior performance. His skills and personality were even better in person. We spent three full days together on the first visit and ended up finding an amazing home that is a perfect fit for us.
