A TriBeCa resident for nearly thirty years, Paddington moved to the neighborhood, married an architect, and designed, built, and sold seven lofts before becoming a broker. In her nearly two decade career, she has been named both Tribeca Broker of the Year and Listing Broker of the Year and has had the distinction of reselling her first loft on West Street five times.

Combining innovative thinking with detailed analysis, she employs a measured launch strategy which maximizes Compass’s unique tools: in particular, the Concierge program for preparing listings, and Coming Soon. She practices a full-service approach and offer their clients an immense list of referrals including everything from architects and attorneys to contractors and housekeepers.
