"I have had the pleasure of working with Mark Icuss and his team in the past year on a few different occasions. The first dealing I had with Mark was a purchase of a new condo to be built in the future that after the contract was signed and earnest money delivered, my wife and I had a change in plans and requested to get out of a strict binding contract.
