About Mark
Widely considered one of the finest full-service brokers in New York, Mark is constantly praised by his clients for exemplary service and extraordinary results. Mark specializes in residential sales, as well as representing investors in the purchase, sale, leasing, and management of their real estate investments. He is known for his strong analytical skills and natural ability to synthesize information into invaluable guidance to his clients.

Originally from San Diego and a long-time resident of the Upper West Side with his wife and three sons, Mark has been surrounded by residential real estate his entire life. Raised in a family that pursued real estate development and investment, Mark is also the owner of numerous properties himself, and he draws on this experience when working with clients. Mark currently sits on the board of his building and knows first-hand the intricacies of working with a board, as well as the inner workings of a management company. These experiences, coupled with his intimate knowledge of New York's neighborhoods, allow Mark to easily guide his clients through the complexities of buying, renting, or selling a home. From an investor looking to achieve a certain return, to a first-time home buyer who wants the perfect space, to the seller of a restored historic townhouse, Mark consistently provides an invaluable range of resources that his clients count on.

Over a decade ago, Mark formed a successful business partnership with Scott Hustis, which led to the formation of the widely recognized Hustis/Jovanovic Team. Comprised of seven professionals, The Hustis/Jovanovic Team has represented a diverse clientele ranging from top-level international executives and investors, to profile athletes and entertainers. The team consistently demonstrates an uncanny ability to provide value, given their clientele’s particular needs and discerning tastes. Their keen respect for privacy, extensive transaction history, and nuanced understanding of value have made them a trusted resource for those looking to purchase, rent, or sell their piece of New York City.
