"Jerilyn knows what she's doing and demonstrated her skills with precise management of the acquisition our home, and later, the sale of our home. At the time of sale, she priced our home $40,000 over what other realtors who resided in our development proposed and had a full price offer within 12 hours. She said she would have a full price offer, and she did. We had no money out of our pocket for staging, pictures, or for any other selling expenses; she took care of it all. Jerilyn answered our calls when we reached out to her which is very rare and much appreciated. "Jerilyn was extremely easy to work with a no-pressure demeanor. As a non-local resident selling my Mom’s house, she went above and beyond. She referred me to service providers and estate sale companies to get the house ready to sell. She lived close-by so was also willing to be there at times for the electrician, repairman and other service providers to complete their work. "Jerilyn was very good at asking and listening to me regarding what I was looking for (e.g. type of house, desired lifestyle, neighborhood) in a new home as I was relocating to Tampa/St. Petersburg. This allowed for an open discussion that allowed us to better focus on certain neighborhoods and types of houses. She also set up MLS e-mails that allowed me to review houses before I visited which made our searches much more efficient.
