Feeling fortunate to grow up amongst the forests, beaches and coastal mountains of the Monterey Peninsula, 15 years ago, he and his wife left the Bay Area to return home as this was the place they wanted live and raise their family.

Mark’s involvement in the community includes his continuing role as a lecturing professor of Strategic Management in the College of Business at California State University, Monterey Bay. He has actively participated and held board positions at many organizations including; Leadership Monterey Peninsula, The Startup Challenge, the Shugart Scholarship Fund, MPC Foundation, Hospice Foundation, and he currently serves on the Stevenson School Alumni Council.
Personal and Education
Mark holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA in Communications from Oregon State University. Mark and his wife, Mia, graduated from Stevenson School in Pebble Beach and live with their children in Pebble Beach. He loves gardening, plays baseball, and is an avid surfer and waterman.
