About Mark
I consider myself incredibly fortunate that after more than 30 years of advising clients, building homes and owning and running a brokerage, I still love what I do.

My goal is to provide my clients with perspective, accurate data, and an ongoing education on navigating the process with the least amount of drama, optimum results and hopefully a few laughs. Trust in our relationship is key.

Seattle’s uniquely beautiful landscape, its diverse architecture and distinct neighborhood personalities have always captivated me. I still get a kick out of introducing clients to great architecture in neighborhoods that they might not have known about or explored.

If we haven’t worked together before, friends and past clients will tell you…I’m very particular. I love attention to detail and quality…they’re important. I believe that with patience and my experience guiding the search process, my clients are able to make a more informed and successful investment in real estate.
