He also showcased his culinary expertise as a Private Dining Chef at Knights Table and had the honor of working at the renowned two Michelin Star kitchen of Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons.

Mark's unique background led him to a pivotal role as an Associate Partner managing the Elite Division team at Platinum Recruitment, a highly regarded hospitality recruitment agency.
