About Mark
With his keen knowledge of the real estate industry from advertising, legislative and lending perspectives, Mark Todd has quickly become one of Orange Countys' top producing realtors. A licensed real estate broker, Mark also utilizes his impeccable professionalism, insightful communication and ceaseless determination to meet and surpass his clients' expectations.
In Orange County alone he has already sold luxury properties all the way from sprawling foothill estates to island cottages and oceanfront castles. Prior to relocating to the West Coast, Mark Todd developed and wrote copy for an award-winning "Quality of Life" advertising campaign that attracted various industry leaders to relocate their operations facilities and management offices to the municipality that hired his agency.
As a correspondent for the United States Senator in charge of Housing and Urban Development and Appropriations Committees, Mark gained tremendous insight to discreet high-level negotiations, legislation and media relations effecting real estate across the United States.
Afterwards he relocated to Newport Beach and honed his real estate finance skills with major banks such as Chase Manhattan, Wells Fargo and Nationsbank; where he managed Orange County Retail Sales and REO assignments prior to their acquisition of Bank of America.
Years of diverse yet steadfast involvement in real estate are the experiences that he leverages to benefit each of his clients. Mark has remained active in his California community, as he once was in his home state of Maryland. He is currently the Head Coach of the Corona del Mar High School Boys' Lacrosse Team and in 2007, was voted OC Register Lacrosse Coach of the Year. Additionally, he has worked as a volunteer campaign coordinator for two different civic elections and remains a contributing member to the local Board of Realtors.
