"This is now the 2nd home that we purchase with Marlily and we wouldn’t purchase with anyone else. I just finished purchasing my dream home and had we been with another realtor, this house may have slipped us. After Marlily gave us some insight on some minor improvements that could be made to our current home to get it sold so that we could purchase our dream home, we come to find out that the dream home had already accepted another offer! Marlily suggested we continue with the sell of our current home because the dream home could come back on the market at any time. We followed her advice and dream home came back on, but guess what?!
