In today’s challenging real estate market, you really need a realtor who will LISTEN and work with great attention to detail. You need a realtor who will accept your texts, emails, and calls all hours of the day/night, and fight for you! Buying and selling a home is the single most frustrating event and you need a realtor who helps to mitigate some of that. When we decided to shop for our new home, we chose Marna because she really cares and listens to what her clients want. She was very patient with us (and I am not the easiest person to work with at times) and acted with a great sense of urgency to find us homes matching our exact needs. We had a unique circumstance which demanded a very tight timeline to find a house. Our “wish list” was certainly not easy.
