"Marshall was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process, and showed an interest in getting to know us as well. He was very quick about getting back to us and setting up showings when we expressed interest in properties, and used those showings to build his understanding of what we were looking . Once we had a place we were interested in, he was able to negotiate our price down a good amount from the list price, and clearly talked us through what would happen with the whole process (even the parts he wasn't directly involved in, like the inspectors' and lawyers' jobs). All throughout, Marshall communicated extremely proactively with us, lawyers, and with other agents and sellers to make sure the process went smoothly. Sometimes he would back or respond, and, if anything, I would think that maybe he was working too much...but it was a great experience on our end!
