As a licensed CPA with over fifteen years in M&A advisory, Martha has guided clients through complex transactions and strategic transformations. Her work across the U.S., Europe, China, and Latin America sharpened her problem-solving and communication skills, while giving her a global perspective and a calm, solutions-oriented style that clients trust.

Martha is a proud Texas native and long-time Dallas resident who earned her degree from UNT and completed her CPA coursework at NYU. She is married and enjoys travel, museums, sports, and exploring upscale and hidden-gem dining spots.
