Martha Schauer

As a native Texan, Martha calls Houston home. "My passion is people", and she genuinely enjoys the diverse cultures and personalities she experiences in the real estate industry. After being in the title business for over 13 years, she also understands the importance of the real estate transaction for all parties concerned.

Customer service, communication and sensitivity are required and of vital importance when establishing a loyal customer base. She believes attention to detail is crucial as she weaves all the pieces together smoothly to serve her clients in a style of excellence. Martha graduated from Texas A&M University with degrees in Sociology and Child Psychology. "We are a family of Aggies, so we definitely enjoy game day and tailgates."

Her favorite hobbies are grandchildren, followed by travel, friends, and flowers. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has been an instrumental part of his custom home-building business, adding to her knowledge of the industry when buying, selling and designing homes. Martha's goals are to embrace the challenges in life, savor the simple things of life, and to keep it all in perspective.
