Martin Bianchi is a seasoned real estate professional and team leader serving Northern New Jersey, bringing over a decade of experience across all facets of residential and commercial real estate. Known for his strategic mindset and client-first approach, Martin delivers thoughtful guidance and consistent results in every transaction.

With a background in construction, Martin offers a unique, hands-on perspective when evaluating properties, renovations, and value-add opportunities. His expertise spans the full spectrum of real estate, from REO and distressed assets to first-time buyers, investors, resale homes, and luxury properties.

Previously a brokerage owner and managing partner, Martin has extensive experience leading teams, overseeing operations, and navigating multiple market cycles. This leadership background, combined with his market knowledge and negotiation skills, allows him to guide clients confidently through even the most complex transactions.

Today, Martin serves as Team Lead of the Bianchi & DeFeis Team at Compass, based out of the Ridgewood office. Leveraging Compass’s technology and marketing platform, he provides elevated service and data-driven strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
