Martin Hennessy

Martin joined the Gary Boisen Group following an extensive professional career managing some of America's largest and most well-known brands, including Taco Bell, Pepsi and Frito Lay. His background involving advertising, media and consumer research allows him to bring a sophisticated approach to real estate sales, marketing and client representation. He is a skilled negotiator and always approaches his work with a passion for innovation, strategic precision and flawless execution. 

As a native Californian and 30-year resident of Laguna Beach, he has vast knowledge of the coastal residential market and its highly sought-after lifestyle. He has personally built and remolded numerous homes in Laguna Beach bringing considerable experience with its architecture, construction community and design / review process. And as an entrepreneur, Martin was the Founder and Managing Partner of a start up a fast-casual restaurant concept in Dallas, Texas - receiving accolades for its food, service experience and design. 

Martin has a degree from Southern Methodist University in Marketing & Advertising with a minor in architecture & art from studies abroad. Throughout his career he has had the good fortune and responsibility to develop, mentor and guide future leaders, many of which now hold high-level / C-suite leadership positions. He continues to mentor and guide, currently serving on the Laguna Beach Little League Board of Directors and as an Advisor to a start-up EV charging network.

He and his wife Nicole have two children who both attend school in Laguna Beach. They love the beach, traveling with friends and taking epic family-adventure trips.
