Martin Newman has always been so fascinated with real estate, he'd find himself reading industry publications viewing new properties even in his free time. It was obvious what his career choice would be, so Martin entered the business at an early age — in his late teens — starting on the property management side. Eight years ago, he switched to residential brokerage, has since served clients ranging from landlords with several hundred units in one who he exclusively represents, to individual apartment owners looking to or sell their property. Martin also enjoys helping renters, first-time homebuyers investors successfully achieve their unique real estate goals.
