About Martin
With more than 15 years of experience in the international real estate market, Martin joined Modern Living in 2015. In his career, Martin has represented numerous buyers and sellers in multi-million dollar transactions that helped him acquire a wide array of knowledge in the residential real estate business.
Martin is also a real estate investor and managing member of several real estate LLCs in Florida as well as owner and manager of MSPIV, a private real estate management and rental business in Germany.
Living in Wellington with his wife and their four boys, he is particularly familiar with the real estate market of Palm Beach County. Originally from Germany (Bavaria), Martin also specializes in consulting German speaking clients in the Palm Beach area. He has a degree in business administration from BA Mannheim/Heidelberg and an architectural background from the advanced technical college in Munich, Germany. He further serves as Chairman of the “Dr. Otto Schaefer Sport-Foundation” in Schweinfurt, Germany, an organization supporting youth sport clubs.
