About Martina
Martina is a San Diego native and a Westmont College graduate with a degree in English Literature. She grew up in Ocean Beach and currently resides in Rancho Bernardo. Her passion and knowledge for both North Country and the beach cities is unmatched. She is a licensed notary and has worked in estate planning and wills for many years. Though born and raised in San Diego, Martina lived in Santa Barbara for 5 years then in Uganda, Africa for 6 months doing volunteer work. She is a mom of two little girls, Coco and Roma, and the wife of a pastor.

Martina was drawn to real estate through the organic connection of working in estate planning and a long history in luxury sales at Nordstrom and Barneys. Her heart’s desire is to help people find the perfect residence as well as getting them the best negotiation for their investment.

Martina has a counselor’s heart that can handle the emotional journey of finding a home. Her extensive training and experience in estate planning gives her a firm background in understanding the housing market and the importance of a good investment.
