About Marty
Marty Wills is a dedicated real estate agent in Middle Tennessee, where he has lived since 2006. His journey into real estate began two decades ago, where he honed his skills as a Purchasing Manager and Estimator for an East Tennessee local builder. For the past 20 years, Marty built a successful career in the corporate world, all while steadily fostering his passion for real estate—staying on top of industry trends and waiting for the right moment to jump in full-time.
He brings a wealth of experience from his previous positions, offering a fresh yet knowledgeable perspective to his clients. His insights into the construction and purchasing aspects of real estate set him apart in the competitive Nashville market.

 

Residing in Spring Hill with his wife Christie, they have raised four children and are now joyfully embracing the role of grandparents. Marty enjoys spending time outside, mainly golfing, as well as cooking and grilling for his family and friends.
