Last year my roommates and I were in a pretty desperate situation to find a home in about 3 weeks time and Mary Ann went ABOVE and BEYOND in her search to find us our home. She constantly communicated the complicated process of buying a distressed property. When the bank approved the short sale at a price higher than our original offer, Mary Ann helped us successfully negotiate the bank down to a lower price. She cultivated our relationship two years, successfully negotiating two separate leases while we were trying to find our dream home.
