"Mary Ann is amazing!! I would recommend her to anyone! She goes way above and beyond to help her clients and is personally invested in finding exactly what you need. She has helped me multiple times. Last year I was in a huge time crunch to find a rental property and she went out of her way to help me. "MaryAnn is absolutely fantastic!! I can't believe I am just now getting around to writing a review... Last year my roommates and I were in a pretty desperate situation to find a home in about 3 weeks time and Mary Ann went ABOVE and BEYOND in her search to find us our home. She spent so many hours of her own personal time coming to meet us and show us countless places in order to help us get into a home we didn't just "like" or could "work for us", but a place that we felt comfortable in and would be the perfect fit for us. We ended up with the most beautiful home in our price range and it's all thanks to Mary Ann!!! "Mary Ann helped us buy a in a tough market. Spring of '13 had tight inventories and rising prices. She was able to negotiate a winning offer on a short sale with multiple bids. She constantly communicated the complicated process of buying a distressed property. When the bank approved the short sale at a price higher than our original offer, Mary Ann helped us successfully negotiate the bank down to a lower price. She cultivated our relationship two years, successfully negotiating two separate leases while we were trying to find our dream home.
