She has worked with a wide array of clients; buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to successfully achieve their real estate objectives. With 20+ years of experience in real estate sales, Mary serves the greater San Diego area, specializing in Coronado and Waterfront properties that embody the laid-back southern California lifestyle. Prior to moving to Coronado, Mary worked as a real estate broker in sales of luxury waterfront and commercial properties in Florida. She possesses the highly regarded CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) commercial real estate designation as well as a BSBA (Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration) from St Louis University and CPA (Certified Public Accounting) certificate.
Before beginning her real estate career, Bowlby worked as a tax professional for two of the "big five" firms. In her free time, Mary enjoys the people she knows and meets in the community.
