Mary Dix

Born and raised in Orange County and based out of Northeast Los Angeles, Mary Dix has a vast knowledge of Southern California and the eclectic communities that make up our little slice of heaven. Mary Dix offers real estate services for home sellers and buyers who are looking for that boutique experience based on trust and integrity.
 
Whether you are looking to sell your home or buy a new one you can feel confident in Mary's abilities to get you the best deal.  After graduating with a degree in Communication from the University of Southern California, Mary began her career in sales and event planning which gave her the opportunity to fine-tune her skills in negotiation and project management. Her previous experience made the transition to real estate a very natural one and has served her well over the years.
  
Growing up the daughter of a home developer in South Orange County, Mary found herself drawn to the interior design of the model homes she so often toured and played in. At a young age, she would draw out new floor plans of her bedroom furniture on graph paper and then by herself drag every furniture piece in to place. Mary has a keen eye for detail and draws on this to help her clients find their perfect aesthetic. 
 
Mary knows firsthand the ins-and-outs of how complicated the home selling and buying process can be as she too is a real estate investor and homeowner. She will assist you through every step of the process and provide you with the knowledge you need to make the best possible decision when selling or buying a new home.
